An hour of vigorous exercise burns 500 – 700 calories. This means that one meal will cost you an hour or more of vigorous work. Make your choices smart and efficient. Choose a morning hike, bike ride, swim…what ever makes you feel good and then a breakfast with healthy carbohydrates and fresh fruit or veggies. You’ll feel lighter, healthier and ready for the day.
