A Job Well Done
Hello CF peeps, tonight I want to dedicate the blog to the awesome members of “Cardio Pump” (HIT) class. In just a short period of time, 4 weeks or so, they have increased their bar weight consistently every week and not lessening the numbers of reps….oh ya, that would be between 70 to 100 repetitions in 4.5 minutes. I am so proud of you all and I look forward to continue with you on your path to total body wellness.
